Cancelation Policy
- Subscriber agrees to pay PLATINUS for all Training displayed in accordance with the agreed upon amounts and billing schedule shown on the relevant Service Agreement.
- Training packages are nonrefundable or portable except to the extent otherwise expressly contemplated hereunder.
- Should PLATINUS fail to provide Trainings in accordance with the Service Agreement due to Subscriber’s failure to comply with any requirement of the Service Agreement, Subscriber will remain liable for the full amount indicated on the Service Agreement.
- In the event of a Training schedule, if PLATINUS and Subscriber cannot reach agreement on a substitute timings, Subscriber shall have the right to cancel the Advertisement upon thirty (30) days advance written notice to PLATINUS.
- In such case, Subscriber will only be responsible for the pro-rata portion of payments attributable to the period from the commencement of the Service Agreement through the effectiveness of such cancellation (the “Pro Rata Payments”).
- PLATINUS reserves the right to cancel and remove at any time any training in the event that PLATINUS reasonably and in good faith believes that further services will expose PLATINUS to liability or other adverse consequences. In the event of such a cancellation, Subscriber will only be responsible for the Pro-Rata Payments.
- Subscriber may not resell, trade, exchange, barter or broker to any third-party any Training space which is the subject of this Service Agreement.
