Job Overview
We are hiring for multiple construction positions for ongoing and upcoming projects across the UAE. Candidates must have relevant engineering expertise, technical knowledge, and experience in construction execution as per standards.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project-specific Quality Assurance & Quality Control plans as per UAE standards
- Conduct inspection of materials, site works, concrete works, structural, finishing, MEP coordination (as applicable)
- Prepare ITPs, Method Statements, QA/QC documentation, checklists & inspection reports
- Coordinate with consultants, clients & subcontractors for inspections and quality approvals
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, international standards & authority guidelines
- Manage NCRs, CARs, site quality issues & ensure proper corrective actions
- Monitor construction quality, perform internal audits & maintain QA/QC documentation system
- Ensure material testing, calibration records & lab reports are properly maintained
- Support Project Manager in quality reporting, handover documentation & final project close-out. Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures in Construction / Buildings / Roads & Infrastructure
- Familiarity with ISO standards and UAE quality regulations
- Experience in preparing ITPs, Method Statements & QA/QC technical documents
- Ability to handle inspections with consultants (AECOM, Parsons, Atkins, etc. preferred)
- Knowledge of authority requirements (DM, RTA, ADM, DCL, Trakhees, etc., depending on project)
- Proficiency in reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction procedures
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal & client coordination skills
